Brief Answer:
As reports you do not have any Kidney disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the reports of your urine tests you do not have albuminuria and the ration of Albumin to Creatinine is so low that it can not be calculated .

Urine Albumin Creatinine Ratio (ACR)is important indicator of kidney disease and it is always increased in kidney paranchymal diseases .

Since you do not have albuminuria and your ACR being normal you should not be worried about kidney disease .

Normally in a hypertensive patient ACR is done to rule out any effect on kidneys due to hypertension which in your case rules out any renal damage .

Thanks and Regards.
