Brief Answer:
Vitamin B12 and D3 is low but you should repeat TSH testing.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to health care magic,

Although this reports are deviated from normal but there is nothing to scary.
May be you do not have any symptoms because of this low vitamins but it can be corrected easily with proper vitamins medications,so there is nothing to worry.

I will guide you with my one by one answer accordingly.

1) If you are strict vegetarian or from this report, it could be possible that your vitamin B12 is slightly low for which you can start Tab.Nurokind (mecobalamine 500 mcg) daily once and repeat vitamin B12 test after 2 months.

2) For vitamin D deficency,I would advice you to take vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) in sachets or syrup forms 5000 IU per day or 50,000 IU once weekly rather than going for repeat serum vitamin D3 test.

Apart from treatment, you should also have adequate sun light exposure preferably in morning hours around 8 AM.

3) As your TSH value is slightly or marginally high with normal T3,T4 and you are otherwise healthy (as stated by you),so you can repeat this TSH test on minimum 8 hours fasting condition in another lab.

Hope this information will be helpful.

Regards,

Dr.Sandip
