What Causes Spinning And Loss Of Balance With Nausea While Bending Down?

i am a 53 year old male, diagnosed with cervical spondilitis c 6-7 . test results show my vitamin d3 level is 16.95ng/ml. ADV Arachitol injection 600,000 iu. once in three weeks. When i bend down i feel spinning and loss of balance with nausea. what should i do?

Hello,

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms are related to the cervical spondilitis. For this reason, I recommend physiotherapy and taking meclizine or dimenhydrinate. It is also necessary avoiding abrupt head and neck movements.
