What Do My Lab Test Results Indicate?
Question: Hello doctor,
We have been trying to conceive from last 6 months but not successful till date.
Last month I visited gynec and she asked me to do some tests (Including husband’s semen test) and follicle monitoring.
I am also taking Fertisure F and Fol XT and my husband is taking Fertisure M from 1st feb
FSH on 2nd day of period-10.24
LH on 2nd day of period – 7.64
Prolactin on 2nd day of period– 12.76
HbA1c – 5.10
TSH – 2.694
Semen Ananlysis - 65 million (50 % Rapid , 30% sluggish)
Period date (Feb) - 1st feb
10th Feb - RT overy - 9.2mm, LT overy - 12 mm , Endo - 5.8mm - 10thday
12th Feb - LT overy - 12.1 mm & 16.2mm , Endo - 7.4mm - 12thday
13th Feb - LT overy - 15 mm & 17.4mm , Endo - 7.8mm - 13thday
14th Feb - Ruptured , Endo - 8mm - 14th day
She said everything is normal and asked me to take clomid (50mg)from 1-5 day starting from 1st day of my period so I started from 1st march and today I went for follicle monitoring.
Period date (March) - 29th feb late night
10th Mar - RT overy - 21.7mm , Endo - 6.9mm – 10th day
1)The size of the follicle is big this time but only 1 follicle. I heard that clomid helps in producing more eggs and the question is when this egg will release as last time the XXXXXXX size was 18mm and it ruptured and the endo is just 6.9 now.
2)Do I need to take triggershot or it will release by its own. My doc has not told me anything.
3)Are my report normal
4)When should I go for follicle monitoring again. As I did today morning at 12PM should I again visit in the evening or tomorrow morning. They told me to come tomorrow.
5)Does the size of the follicle matters as last time was 18mm and this time it is 21.7mm as of today.
6)I go for 30mins morning walk everyday. Do I need to take rest after ovulation

11th day - RT overy - 23.7*22.7mm & 7.5mm and endo 9.5
1) I am worried about the egg size because my doctor said that she will not give me trigger shot this month and if the egg size gets too big thn too its waste.Is that so
2) How much is the XXXXXXX size with clomid.
3) My endo last time on 14th day was 8mm when egg ruptured and now its 9.5mm. How much endo is considered good at the time of rupturing
4)Does the size of the egg matters.(Bigger the better)
5)When this egg will rupture.
6)Is it possible to ovulate early as my normal ovulation day is 14th day(28 Days cycle) and today is just 11th day with high count.
