Brief Answer:
Gilbert's syndrome is almost certain

Detailed Answer:
Although there is no way to say with 100% certainty, you've got to consider it a fact that this is Gilbert's syndrome. You've got an isolated elevation of bilirubin without any biochemical or radiological finding. The bilirubin may get slightly higher than the upper normal limits (the indirect component) when fasting, having fever or other stressful situations. This is a benign condition and you shouldn't worry about it.

Brief Answer:
there is no sign of PBC

Detailed Answer:
You don't have any of the associated laboratory findings...
like increased globulins or cholestatic findings (increased ALP, gamma-GT). PBC is more common in women in their forties. There are special antibody tests for the diagnosis, but I don't see the need for you to do any of them.

Kind Regards!
