Fasting blood sugar 138
Post pyramidal blood sugar 221
Please advise what I will do next

Last Nov 2015. I took the test. Report said normal. Please give me a day will take new test tomorrow and update u. I am not taking any medicines.

138 and 221.
That's the reports I could see.
I suggest starting with diabetic diet and exercise.
Do this for 2 weeks.
At the end of the 2 weeks test FBS PPBS again.
If the report is better, medicine may be avoided temporarily.
Else medicine will need to be started.
Let me know the reports at the time.
Yes, you can do the test at 2 weeks- Hba1c.
