You recently had blood work which should mild elevation in your liver functions. This is very common and usually associated with high cholesterol or being overweight. It would recommend that you do the following which will help promote better liver health. 1. Lose weight is over weight, 2. stop all tylenol 3. Stop all alcohol. 4 Reduce your cholesterol if you have elevated cholesterol. 5 Control diabetes is your have diabetes.
After you have made the above changes then repeat your liver functions in 2 months.
The blood in the urine is not associated with the elevated LFTs. The blood could be from having recent sex.

It sounds like you are very healthy. But I would caution even a little beer may cause elevated LFTs especially if you had your blood work 1-2 days after drinking alcohol.
Frequently we never find the cause of elevated LFTs it just happens. I would though have your doctor run tests for hepatitis B and C to be sure you do not have chronic hepatitis
