These are slightly elevated ast and moderately elevated alt with normal bilirubin levels. In such cases,viral hepatitis is first thing to think of,but if this was ruled out then you don't need to be concerned. This may be seen even without particular disorder or may be sign of slight liver steatosis. You should do liver ultrasound every6 months and check liver enzymes every few months.
