Brief Answer:
PCOD
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings
From your scan report I presume that you are having PCOD.That may be the reason for multiple follicles around 5 mm in each ovary.
I think you should be discussing with your fertility doctor and further treatment should be taken for ovulation induction.
Please let me know if you are taking any medicine.
Hope my answer helps you.

Brief Answer:
? PCOD
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings
By scan alone we can't diagnose PCOD.we need to examine you .
Even if your cycles are regular there can be polycystic desease.
It is a good decision to go ahead with follicular study. That will help us to confirm follicular development and ovulation.Timed intercourse can be tried during ovulation.
Mean while get your husbands semen analysis.
Hope my answer helps you. Regards
