Brief Answer:
Semen culture and sensitivity test required
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I saw attached semen analysis report.
Your semen analysis is excellent. All parameters are good and you can easily father a child with this report.
There are more pus cells which could be due to minor semen infection. Please get semen culture and sensitivity test done to identify the organism causing infection and the antibiotics it is responsive to.
This is simple infection cured by simple antibiotics.
I suggest you get basic tests like HSG ( hysterosalpingogram) , Follicular growth scan done for your wife to assess the fertility.
Let me know if you need anymore help.
Regards

Hi Doctor,
Thanks for your reply.
Few more queries:
1. Grade A (progressive motile) should be >32 but in my case it is 20. Is it ok?
2. Agglutination should be Negative but it is positive in my case. Could you please advise what is agglutination and is it a matter of concern seeing that it is positive?
3. Regarding HSG and Follicular growth for my wife, could you please suggest when it should be done and is it a painful process?
Thanks again.

Brief Answer:
Semen infection needs to be treated
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Progressive and non progressive motility together is more than 40% which is good enough.
Agglutination is positive because of infection and pus cells. Treating with antibiotics as per semen culture report should help you.
HSG and scan are to be done after cycle starts and is not very painful process.

Hi Doctor,
I have visited a doctor today with my report. He has suggested to take following medicines:
1. Tab paternia-XT once a day for 3 months
2. Tab levoflox 500 mg once a day for 1 month
He has suggested to take the medicines mentioned above and then go for semen analysis and semen culture after 3 months in addition to HSG for my wife. He said that pus cells may be because of some unhygienic container as well which was used to give the sample and suggested to take antiboitic for 1 month.
What is your suggestion/opinion on above medicines? Shall I start taking these medicines?
Thanks.
