Brief Answer:
You have Oligospermia
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the report of your semen analysis that you have posted it appears that your sperm count is low (Oligospermia) as compared to WHO standards.
Rest of the parameters like motility and morphology of the sperm is normal .
Presence of 2-4 pus cells suggest infection of either Seminal Vesicle or Prostate and needs to treated with antibiotic like Doxicycline twice daily for 4-6 weeks .This will also help to increase sperm count .
Repeat semen analysis after completion of taking antibiotic .
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Hi Doctor,
Thank you so much for your kind reply on this.
I have few questions,
1. In 2014, I have tested my Semen, in that report I was found that "Pus Cells as 1-2/hpf" and that time the examined doctor did not tell me that I have infection.
Kindly help me to understand what could be the reason for this infection.
I got married in 2012 and no children. I don't have any sex relationship with other womens.
2. I have attached the report which i was taken in 2014, kindly verify that report and help me if there is any improvement in my motility?
3. Do you suggest any doctor for me at XXXXXXX
Thank you
