Brief Answer:
Raised prolactin and low AMH

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen the attached reports. Your raised prolactin levels are responsible for the delay in periods. Decreased levels of AMH are suggestive of lesser number of eggs in the ovaries. This is the cause of difficulty in getting pregnant.
Medicines like Bromocriptine or cabergoline are needed to bring down the raised prolactin levels. After these levels decrease, you will have your normal periods. Once you have normal periods then you need proper treatment by an infertility specialist so that with the help of ovulation inducing drugs you can conceive.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
You need Bromocriptine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
For periods, you need to take Bromocriptine or cabergoline in addition to M Torr and benforce after consulting your gynecologist.
Bromocriptine is started at 2.5 mg at bedtime. Prolactin levels return to normal in 2-3 weeks. Your periods will also come by then. The dose may need to be increased in case the prolactin levels are still high. After that you can start the treatment for proper ovulation.
Hope my answer is helpful.
