Brief Answer:
seems like cervical spondylosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I underdtand your concern.
The symptoms are leading towards the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis. Chronic pain, acute exacerbations, vertigo, vomiting all can be associated to it. But other possibilities should be ruled out. I would suggest you the following-

Get an Xray cervical spine AP and Lateral view done. Get your blood pressures checked.
Avoid sudden head bending or movements.
Medicines such as tablet aceclofenac / paracetamol, thiolchicoside gel gel locally and betahistadine may be used to control symptoms.

You can apply hot compression locally.
You can do neck physiotherapy for effect in the long run.

The above said medications will need a prescription from a doctor. You can visit an orthopedician for it. He/she can also help you order the necessary investigations.

Hope this was helpful.
