Question: i have few tiny hyperechoic foci noted in the lumen of gallbladder largest measuring 4.1 mm without post acoustic shadowing what is this

Hi! your gall bladder is distended and these could well be some soft stones in the way of formation therefore, you need surgery in some point of time and of course follow-up ultrasound!
Chance of cancer is very rare but if these are non-pigment stones, there is some chances of cancer in the future!
