Brief Answer:
Stool test to start with

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted your history of oily discharge from anus for the last 7 days , preceded by stomach discomfort.
The possible causes are:
Colitis with mucus which may be appearing as oily discharge for you.
Mild form of intestinal infection.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
First of all send the stool sample for test as it will show the probable diagnosis and give clue for treatment.
Clinical evaluation and examination by your doctor and to get a valid prescription for an antibiotic, metronidazole as may be required.
Additional precautions of eating homemade fresh food and treated or better boiled for 20 minutes and cooled water.

If there is no complete relief then you may need per-rectal examination and proctoscopy as preliminary examination and Colonoscopy to get an accurate diagnosis and plan of treatment.

I hope, this answer helps you.
