I will keep a possibility of Leukocytoclastic Vasculitis (LCV). It presents as palpable purpuric macules on dependant body areas i.e legs.
These lesions are usually asymptomatic but can be itchy or painful. There can be recurrent crops of lesions.

I would like you to upload a few photographs of the affected area so that I am sure about my diagnosis.

-Are there any systemic symptoms like joint pains, abdominal pain, fever, malaise?

Make sure that you upload a clear digital photograph of the affected area.

Cutaneous LCV without systemic symptoms, is idiopathic in most of the cases and majority of the cases have a good prognosis.
We need to rule out internal organ involvement like of Kidney, GIT, joints etc. Absence of systemic symptoms and absence of internal organ involvement is a good sign.
There may be a few recurrences but ultimately they abate.

Did you undergo any investigations like Hemogram, KFT, LFT, Skin Biopsy etc?
