What Do Raised Bumps On Penis Indicate?
Question: I had unprotected sex a couple of weeks ago and yesterday I shaved my pelvic area and noticed round reddish raised bumps and two on the shaft of my penis. They don't really itch at all, (maybe a little) the ones on my waistline. They don't hurt at all. Really concerned!?
I can send a couple pictures, I think that would be easiest for you to determine what it is and how to heal it.

Brief Answer:
Possibility of fungal Infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have reviewed the pictures.
I can see in the picture that there are multiple ring shaped/annular/circular lesions, some of them showing central clear area. The peripheral part/margin of the lesion is red and seems raised.
This type of presentation is commonly seen in case of Fungal Infection. I guess it must be itchy too, even though it is not a prominent in your case. Itching is subjective, nevertheless.
If I was the treating doctor I would have first confirmed the diagnosis by scraping a small amount of scale from the periphery of the lesion and sent it to lab for a look under the microscope to see if there are any fungal elements (Hyphae).
If the lab test reveal the presence of fungal elements, you may try an antifungal cream which would be available OTC, till you are able to see a dermatologist. Topical antifungals alone may be effective. However, since there are multiple lesions, therefore, if I was the treating doctor I would have also suggested oral antifungals in addition to the topical cream. Oral antifungals are prescription drugs and therefore it is mandatory to get a prescription from a doctor.
An OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily would provide you symptomatic relief from itching.
You may visit a dermatologist in your region for the needful.
Kindly get back to me for any further clarification.
