What Do Recurrent Episodes Of Dizziness Indicate?
Symptoms are not fully due to cervical spine problem.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Ms XXXXXXX
Thank you for posting your query.
I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and would try my best to help you.
I have noted your symptoms and MRI brain and spine reports. Cervical canal stenosis usually causes neck pain, pain in arms and tingling/numbness of hands. Mild dizziness can also occur with that. Treatment is mainly with physiotherapy.
Regarding dizziness, you should get an ENT opinion to exclude BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo), which causes inner ear dysfunction and dizziness.
I sincerely hope my reply has helped you.
I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.
Best wishes,

Stop all except Betavert.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back with more information.
I agree with you that these medicines can cause side effects and it is better to stop them. You can continue Betavert only, as it would reduce dizziness.

These symptoms are not suggestive of any brain dysfunction. Also, your MRI of brain is normal.

Now I am having back head pain, right arm pain and neck pain also with dizziness. Should I have to consultant ortho doctor on this report?
There is no need to consult ortho doctor
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
I have seen the MRI spine report. The problems are minor and they do not require any surgery. So there is no need to consult orthopedic surgeon. You should consult physiotherapist for neck extension exercises and IFT/ultrasound. Pregabalin capsules may be taken for pain.
