Brief Answer:
Observation.it may be positional vertigo.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

This appears to be a case of positional vertigo. For that some physical examination tests by a neurologist will help in the diagnosis. However, I would like you to observe for a couple of days more if the symptoms persist like that.It may be physiological sometimes.

Hope that helps.I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Dr.Ajay Panwar,
