I read your question carefully and I congratulate you about the active lifestyle that you maintain despite your age and PD.
The fainting you describe can be a symptom both of Sinemet treatment as well as PD itself. However in PD it is usually in the advanced, not the early stages. Given how active you describe yourself to be I believe you are at early stages still, so am more inclined to dedicate it to Sinemet side effects. Rasagiline (Azilect) can have that as a rare side effect as well.
So the first measure I would try is to increase caffeine, salt and water intake and to try and make the passage from walking to jogging as gradual as possible. Next step is to try to reduce dosage a little. If that doesn't work or is not enough to control PD symptoms then if really important to you medication like fludrocortisone, however they can have their share of side effects as well so wouldn't really encourage it unless episodes interfere even more with your daily life.
