What Do Red Spots On Chest Indicate?
Question: Dr Doc,
I have developed this red spots on my chest. They are slightly raised but do not have white heads. I am pretty sure it is just pimples or folliculitis but I did have a low risk sexual encounter a couple of months back and want to make sure it is not a rash of secondary syphilis which has been a fear of mine. I will connect some pics

Brief Answer:
Folliculitis
Detailed Answer:
hello thanks for the query.
These rashes are looking like folliculitis.
Your chest is hairy which make you more prone to develop these infections.
Just apply an anti bacterial cream and take a course of antibiotics.
There is nothing to worry about syphilis.
These lesions are not suggestive of syphillis.
Just relax.
Let me know if you have any other doubts .
Thank you
