What Do Red Spots On Penis Indicate?
Question: I have small redish spots on the head of my penis. They don't itch, burn, hurt, they are not raised. Seem a little smooth. Somewhat shinny. I have been married 10 years to some woman. There are approx 4 spots on left side and one on right side. They seem to be more apparent after sex or an erection

Brief Answer:
Take treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have seen the attached pictures .
The lesions look more like healed scars or slightly eczematous spots to me .
Right now ,they don't look worrisome or resembling any std.
Apply a topical steroid cream like cortisone cream over the affected areas twice daily .
Use it only for one weeks and see if the lesions improve or heal .
In case they tend to persist ,see a nearby dermatologist.
