some better pictures are attached. she does have occasional itching in the area but no burning. there is minor swelling in the feet and it is a bit sensitive to touch.
Brief Answer:
Possibility of small vessel vasculitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Unfortunately I did not receive the new images. However, based on the symptoms like itching, swelling of feet and sensitivity of lesions I would keep a possibility of small vessel vasculitis/leukocytoclastic vasculitis.
For itching she may take an oral antihistamine e.g tablet cetrizine 10mg once daily in evening for a few days. Avoid standing or walking as much as possible and keep legs a little elevated when lying down.
She may also take an oral antiinflammatory/painkiler e.g tablet ibuprofen 400mg, twice daily in case she has pain in legs or joint pains..
A short course of an oral steroids e.g tablet omnacortil 20mg once daily(after breakfast) for 10 days is also advisable as well as an antacid e.g tablet pantocid 40mg once daily empty stomach(before breakfast).
I will also suggest a few basic investigations e.g complete blood count, liver and kidney function test, urine routine microscopy, urine protein, ANA, RF, XXXXXXX complement levels etc.
Regards
