What Do Red Spots On The Tongue Indicate?
Question: I am not allergic to anything a couple days ago a few little red spots popped up on my tongue. They hurt like the dickens! Every spot felt like a sore you get when you eat too much sugar (I don't know the name of those). The next day they didn't hurt and I assumed they were probably going away. Today They are spreading, look worse and hurt again. Any idea what this could be? I attached a current photo as well as one from the day they first popped up.
