Hi...
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain the first thing that I have noticed is the main culprit of your problem seems to be severe dry mouth and due to dry mouth you are suffering from Apthous Stomatitis that is inflammation and burning of the mucosal surfaces inside the mouth and due to which there is pain on taking spicy food..
If it is not treated it can lead to burning mouth syndrome and also cause oral infections like thrush therefore it needs immediate medical assistance..
You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated for the exact cause of dry mouth and treatment can be done accordingly..
As of now for symptomatic relief you can gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
You can take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen.
Suck on ice pops and do salt water rinses as well as drink plenty of water..
For dry mouth you can gargle with specialized mouthwash formulated for dry mouth patients, chew sugarfree chewing gums to stimulate saliva flow..
Avoid using regular mouthwashes as it can dry the mouth further..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
