What Do Restlessness, Fainting And Absence Of Bleeding After Taking Mifegest Kit Indicate?

Question: I am 38 days pregnant my age is 44yr I take one tablet of mafegest kit on Sunday at 4 pm and on Monday I use four tablets through vaginal .after one hour a feel restless and fainted for some few seconds.but till now there no discharge of blood.please guide me further?

Hi,

It is dangerous to take these medicines without identifying the location of pregnancy.

Please get ultrasound scan done to identify location of pregnancy and
rule out ectopic pregnancy.

It is life threatening to take these medicines in ectopic pregnancy.

Since you already had a fainting attack, please see your gynecologist immediately.

Hi,

I dont advice further medicines without ultrasound scan to locate the pregnancy. Please see your gynecologist for an ultrasound scan before taking further doses.

There is possible threat to life.

Side effects include vomiting , headache.

As per your advice I visited to a doctor.she also recommended scan.i did the same and report shows"RPCO'S were found to the tune of 8.5ml vol.the doctor advised to take cytlog 200mg one tablet BD along with requist antibiotic and ppi for five days after five days come with repeated scan. From yesterday it had already started discharge of blood after taking one tablet of cytolog the flow increase.shall I take complete dose of cytolog as prescribed by the doctor.please suggest your valuable suggestions ?
