Detailed Answer:
Hi, Madam
I have read your query and understand your concern.
I have gone through your images as well.
First let me tell you that Singulair is not responsible for the foot rash and allergic phenomenon. This drug itself is anti allergic and how can it provoke allergy.
Second this is not a typical scabies pattern as it does not present with enlarging patches ,but a typical papulo-vesicular rash.
The condition in your case most probably represents a form of fungal infection called Tinea cruris.
The ideal treatment would be oral tab terbinafine 250 mg twice a day for 14 days.
I also recommend you to stop lotrisone, but continue synalar.
Please consult your doctor with regards to the above drug changes before taking them.
post your further queries,if any
Thank you.
