What Do Severe Leg And Knee Pain Indicate Despite Taking Aspirin And Advil?

Brief Answer:
Could be sacroilitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
I have read your description of pain and in my opinion this pain is due to sacroilitis- Inflammation of the joint between pelvis and spine. Sometimes the pain may radiate to knee also in sacroilitis.
I suggest you start pain killers , muscle relaxant and application of heat locally. Once the pain reduces then start spinal extension exercises( to be taught by a physiotherapist).
Thanx for the question. Please feel free to ask any other question.
It will take 2-3 weeks for this condition to resolve.
