Brief Answer:
You may be having anxiety or psychosomatic issue
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. it is not normal to have pain all around body at such young age. Even patient with fibromyalgia do not have pain at mote then 2 to 4 points at given time.
I would suggest you to check following.
1. You need to check your B 12 and vitamin D level.
2. Do you have difficulty in sleep or loss of appetite. This is suggestive of stress and anxiety which can cause such symptoms ?
3. Do you have any other known person in family who has any long standing disease ?
Please send me answers of these questions. I will try my best to help you.
thanks

Hi, i take vitamin b every day ,
I have dofficulty sleeping only sometimes, i dont know if anyone else has these symptoms but i am over it , i have weird pain in my head at times its itchy, pins and needles, pain in my temples, and back of my head. My neck pain is so bad that even after a madsage i am stiff within 2 hours. My back is tight and i have dull aching shoulders. The electric like feelings up my arms and legs are not all at the same time, just when i go to bed, and alot of cramping in muscles. My chest wall hurts also and my arm pits.
Excuse me, this has been a waste of time, I have seen a phsychiatrist twice and she said I don't need to be going there at all and asked why I was there and I just said because some one else told me to go there. She laughed and said to go back and tell them to re evaluate my situation. Yes I suffered with anxiety but it's gone. I was hospitalised and put on the drip because of the shooting pain in my head and neck and they said it was not anxiety and too see a neurologist for nerve pain and damage but I just wanted a second opinion , no one has once ever said I'm "too young" to experience all this pain and I was also told that fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis is possible, this pain isn't all the time it's when I go to bed and it's not all at once. Thanks

Brief Answer:
I would suggest you to have a psychiatric consultation
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
thanks for the reply. As I said earlier that when a patient complain of pain in many parts of body ( more than 5 to be specific) then it is called psychosomatic symptoms and it is mostly due to anxiety, stress and mind issue rather than the physical issue. I would suggest you take consultation from a psychiatric doctor regarding these symptoms. If you have already done then you can share his opinion with me. Avoid taking alcohol, smoking or any drug which is addictive.
Taking xanax at night time will be helpful for you to induce sleep and decrease anxiety.I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there are any other followup questions.
Thanks
Brief Answer:
Your symptoms can be due to both psychiatric and nerve compression
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. As I told you that when there is pain in more then 5 parts it is difficult to explain with any disease. Such problem is called psychosomatic problems. I would suggest you to take opinion from any other psychiatrist. I am not sure why your present psychiatrist is saying that.
For shooting pain I can accept that it can be due to cervical spondylitis. But your other body pain can not be explained by nerve compression in neck. As leg pain and head pain, dry eye and dry lips can not be due to nerve compression. I would suggest you to take tablet Lyrica for nerve pain one at night time. Also there is role of intermittent traction in neck pain.
So you will need treatment for neck pain by orthopaedic doctor along with treatment of anxiety and generalised body pain by psychiatric doctor. I hope these steps will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
