Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

From what you are reporting your BP is low (hypotension) and this is why you are feeling week and have dyspnea.

If you were my patient I would recommend to go to ER to exclude life threatening situation who may began with hypotension and dyspnea.

Moreover, I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- Blood work
- Ecg
- Cardiac echo
- Chest x-ray
- Abdominal ultrasound

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
