Brief Answer:
Need more information and preferably more images
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us.
I am Dr. Kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have viewed the image. I can see scattered, faintly dark/ gray, irregular spots over the entire inner forearm and lower arm. Perhaps it is a lichenoid eruption.
Do you have any associated symptoms like itch?Is there any history of drugs/ medication prior to the onset? How long since you have those rashes?
I request you to kindly upload a few more images in "Reports Section" for better evaluation.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Lichen Planus Pigmentosus (LPP)
Detailed Answer:
thank you.
I have viewed the images. I will keep a possibility of Lichen Planus Pigmentosus (LPP) which presents as asymptomatic hyperpigmented patches or macules like this. I suggest her to use a broad spectrum sunscreen(Suncros soft lotion, SPF 50) throughout the day on exposed sites like face, neck and arms. Reapply the sunscreen, every 2-3 hours. throughout the day At night she may use Mometasone furoate 0.1% cream (Momate XL cream), for the dark/ hyperpigmented patches. Response to treatment is slow and noticeable improvement may take 3-6 months.

Brief Answer:
Regarding Lichen Planus Pigmentosus
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Lichen Planus Pigmentosus (LPP) is a skin limited condition and won't affect your general health.
Though the response to treatment is slow and may take months to become appreciable but treatment is eventually effective in fading away the patches.
