Hello
I had gone through your question and photograph you have uploaded and I really appreciate your concern
Here I would like further information to help you better like
Since how long you have this problem?
You have mentioned that you had oral sex on 27 sept 2015, yet to come that must be a typing error?
So please write back to me with exact details of oral sex?
Are you having any kind of rashes on your private parts?
Looking at your description this seems to be a skin disease, might be scabies, allergic reactions
In my opinion you should see a dermatologist as per your convenience for physical examination and prescription of medicine.
Meanwhile you can take anti allergic drugs like levocetirizine or fexofenadine group of drugs.
You should apply calamine lotion on the rashes until you see the dermatologist.
Hope this answers your question
Please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more accurately.
Best wishes

Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome again
Looking at your description it doesn't seem to be related to unprotected sex.
As you have developed these rashes on finger and leg, these might be related to some other skin infection.
Since I can't physically examine you to get more clues so I would advise you to consult a dermatologist for examination and confirmation of diagnosis.
You can anti allergic drugs fexofenadine or levocetirizine group of drugs with calamine lotion to be applied locally.
Hope this answers your question
Best wishes
