What Do Small Black Spots On The Penis?

Question: Hello,
Today at 5 p.m I had a massage. My pennis was in contact with the woman's hands and with the bed sheets. She also made me oral sex with protection. At 7 p.m (just around 2 hours later) I noticed some small black spots in my pennis. Please see the images.

I will keep a possibility of mucosal lentiginosis which is a benign condition.
Are you sure they appeared recently?
Regarding the sexual contact there is no risk of STD and no reason why these lentigines should happen after the contact.

Thank you Dr. Kakkar. I remember that I already had some dark spots that could be barely seen. Maybe they get accentuated by the contact with chemicals? I forgot to say that the woman used an oil and at 7 p.m I applied an alcohol antibacterial spray solution to clean the area. However, I did not check if the dark spots appeared after I applied the solution or if they were before.
