Question: This is for XXXX Please find attached photographs of my ankle where there are small blister like stuff and the bottom of my feet where there are black spots. The dic in Bangalore had recommended allegra... which I am taking. .. please advise. Thanks XXXX

Brief Answer: pitted keratolysis Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for the photograph. It is appearing like pitted keratolysis, a bacterial infection. I advice fusidic acid cream to my patients and they get good relief in a week. Please try this cream, you will get good relief. Let me know if you have any other doubts. Thank you.
