What Do Small Bumps Near The Vagina Indicate?
Question: I have multiple pimple-like lumpa around my vagina lips, is this normal? im afraid I might have syphilis. what should I do? or this is just normal body pimples?

I have been sexually active lately. It's itchy sometimes. and this happens after I shaved.

This seems like genital Molluscum Contagiosum to me. It is a viral infection and you most probably you acquired it from your sexual partner.
Shaving would aid local spread as it facilitates autoinnoculation.
Molluscum contagiosum usually presents as pearly white bumps. Some of the bumps may have a central umblication. Molluscum is asymptomatic.

Because genital molluscum is an STD therefore you must undergo a complete STD screening including HIV screening. In general, molluscum contagiosum is more common in HIV patients. However, genital molluscum occurs without HIV in majority of patients but it does entail HIV screening.
