Question : i got small bumps on my lips for years now after giving oral sex. What are those bumps?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely herpes. If you send a picture then it will be more helpful in identifying. It usually comes like blistering rashes or bumps. This can recur when your immunity become low. Applying acyclovir antiviral cream will be helpful for this.

well i didn't see any herpes on the woman i did but i found out not long ago that they can'r always be seen. The woman i did has a very active sex life. I've had cold sores before but that is it. After i gave oral sex to that woman it was like a few days before i saw small bumps on my lips. They were flared out, Now they aren't flared out but i have many of them in some areas of my lips. Like clusters of them.

When the person have good immunity herpes usually won't show up. But still you can get infected from that person by oral contact.

You can go for herpes 1 and 2 blood test to rule out that. Acyclovir antiviral creams will be helpful also.
