What Do Sore Bruises Near The Breasts And Back Indicate?
Question: Pain and stiffness is upper arm. Can't lift arm. Had rotator cuff surgery in March and had a torn bicep. Bicep was not reattached. Made a quick recovery. A few days ago I turned around to get my seat-belt and I had excruciating pain! Now my upper arm is in pain and I can only raise it to my waist. I have a huge bruise under my arm next to my breast and it goes around to my back and is a little sore. I didn't lift anything heavy and I have been icing it, taking Aleve, and gently stretching my arm to improve my mobility.

The pain isn't in my shoulder, it is about 3 inches below my shoulder. Could that still be my rotator cuff?
