Brief Answer:
might be genital infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
This is Dr. Swarnava dattagupta answering your query.

I have gone through your query and the picture. It looks like a genital infection, but can also be due to rough sex etc. You have not given a detailed history like since when did you have this, are you sexually active, is the lesion painful, discharging or not, do you have burning micturition or not.
Kindly provide the above information so that i can help you further.
Now if a patient comes with such lesion, i would think of genital infections, might be STDs like syphilis, herpes, gonorrhea etc, traumatic cut injury during sex etc. Also diabetic sores can occur which can however be ruled out if one is not diabetic. I would suggest the following-
keeping the genitals clean.
Application of neosporin ointment locally.
A swab from the sore to be sent for culture.

You can consult your treating or family doctor about the above.
Hope this was useful.
Consult me for further queries.
Regards.
