Brief Answer:
Some investigations are needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

Some investigations are needed for planning your medical management.

Following investigations can be helpful: -
1. Throat swab culture.
2. Complete Blood Count (CBC).

The list of medicines that you have mentioned have the antihistamine in each and should be avoided in excess.

As per my suggestions are concerned, your treatment should consist of:-
1. An antihistamine like Levocetirizine 5 mg once a day.
2. Antipyretic like Paracetamol 500 mg for relief from fever.
3. An antibiotic like Azithromycin 500 mg once a day (prescription based medication).
4. A probiotic preparation.
5. An expectorant cough syrup.

Reports of the above mentioned investigations along with a clinical evaluation by your doctor will help in planning your further medical management.

I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.

Regards. Thanks.
