Brief Answer:
Can be candidiasis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
First of all thank you for approaching healthcaremagic for your query. I read through your query. I must say that there is nothing much to be worried in this case.

It can be due to fungal infection called candidiasis. It can be treated by :

1) application of antifungal gel (Nystatin gel)
2) drink lots of XXXXXXX warm water
3) do regular salt water gargle
4) do tongue scraping regularly
5) have lots of citrus fruits (orange , lemon, guava etc.)

Follow these for one week and see the difference. If after a week it is not reducing then please visit your dentist.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have more queries please be free to approach us.
Have a healthy day!!
