What Do Spot On Toe Indicate?

Question: I have had this spot for a couple years now (I have no idea when I have noticed it) on my toe and never thought of it until now hearing of melanoma - now I am in panic mode! Over the last year I have had complete blood work- coloscopy - ultrasound on stomach kidneys and liver- all reports have been good just so you know my history - I do suffer from Anxiety- I have attached some photos- can you please advice me :(

Brief Answer: Pigmented spots Detailed Answer: Dear XXXX, I should give you a good news that you are not suffering from melanoma which is supposed to be dreadful disease and spreads very fast. You have black pigment (Melanin) mole like spot on the toe, which is nothing serious. Many people have such type of moles on the different parts of the body. Melanoma spreads to lymph nodes immidiatly and there is also systemic involvement. More so your all investigations have been normal. So please be happy and enjoy life. Truly, Dr. J. Ticku

Thank you for the fast response! With soa g family member dying of cancer I hate to say everything I see if cancer :( I just wanted to make sure you saw the shop on my top not the black spot on my toe nail which is nail polish- Please let me know. Spot on my toe - sorry for the typos- Also if it was Melanoma would I have other symptoms by now?
