Question: My eyelids are swollen all the time and it has been like this for past 2 years. Initially, i thought it is due to lack of sleep but the swelling never reduces. Attaching image of my eyes

seborrhoeic dermatitis is a skin condition that causes skin to become oily or flaky and sometimes irritate the eyelids, causing the Meibomian glands to block.

Medicines are,
Eye drop Dexin 2 drops twice daily.
Eye drop Naphazoline 1 drop twice daily
Tab cetrizine (antihistaminic) before going to bed.
Tab clavam 625mg twice daily
Apply a warm compress over your closed eye for several minutes to loosen the crusty deposits on your eyelids.Immediately afterward, use a washcloth moistened with warm water and a few drops of diluted baby shampoo to wash away any oily debris or scales at the base of your eyelashes.
