I would like a other option
Brief Answer:
Other options could be lung disease ,anemia or thyroid disease,
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have seen both the pictures. which are basically same showing swelling in the feet.
Breathlessness with swelling of feet means there is increase in the body fluids- most likely due to cardiac problem. However one has to rule out anemia ( low hemoglobin) , thyroid ( hypothyroidism), Lung problem ( chronic airway obstruction disease) and few others.
In all these cases, you need full investigation as to the exact cause and if breathlessness persists , then it is better to be in emergency so that all parameters can be monitored. Taking diuretics will help you but there can be excessive loss of electrolytes and side effects.
Thanx
