Brief Answer:
urea normal, bilirubin only slightly increased

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The normal range of lab tests may vary slightly from one lab to the next.

The normal values for the bilirubin may be on the result sheet you were given , in general the range is 2 to 20 umol/l though some labs go up to 25 and others use 17 as the upper limit of normal.
Your value of 23 would be just outside the upper limit if the range is 20. This would not be considered significant if the other liver function values and blood count are ok-- liver enzymes (AST, ALT, Alkaline phos).

The normal range of urea 2.5 to 7.1, so your value is within normal range unless your lab report states otherwise

There is no need for concern about the urea or the bilirubin (unless there are other significant abnormalities seen in liver function and complete blood count).

I hope this helps , feel free to ask any other questions

Brief Answer:
these are fine

Detailed Answer:
HI

The range for urea at your lab is above 3, your value is 0.1 less than this, this would not be considered significant.

The bilirubin upper limit is 21 and your value is 23 but all of the other liver enzymes and the hemoglobin (part of the blood count), are okay , so this is fine

The MCHC result is slightly lower than the normal range but this is also okay. This is normally used along with the hemoglobin value, which is normal

Please feel free to ask anything else

Brief Answer:
no need for correction

Detailed Answer:
Hi

The mchc does not need to be fixed, nor the urea. The urea is only 0.1 lower than the limit so this is not in any way alarming.

The mchc is not used or interpreted on its own, it is used along with the hemoglobin value, as mentioned earlier. It is used if the hemoglobin is low (anemia), to try and figure out the type of anemia present
The hemoglobin is normal so there is no concern regarding the mchc

If anything is unclear , can let me know
