What Do The MRI And Ultrasound Reports Suggest?
If I have CA-125 and CA 19-9 levels of 59 the following MRI and Ultra sound report should I be concerned?
There is a 1.5 cm round homogenous, mildly echogenis focus involving the left hepatic lobe just anterior to the porta hepatis. A gallbladder polyp.
Bilateral, round, hypodense adnexal/ovarian structures measuring up to aprox. 2.3 cm on the right and 1.6 cm on the left. In addition, an approx. 2.7 cm submucosal leiomyoma.
Symptoms include lose of weight, lose of appetite, pain in abdomen and extreme fatigue.
Thank you,

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXX
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through the details that you have provided. You seem to have multiple problems and are being evaluated whether the conditions are benign or cancerous. Both CA-125 and CA-19-9 are tumor markers and are helpful for the same. You have not indicated that the level of 59 is for which of CA-125 and CA-19-9. In any case, the level seems elevated and might be a cause of concern. The following links should be able to guide you in this regard:

A proper clinical correlation is required and it is difficult for me to consider the different aspects of the case through such a platform. I suggest that you take the reports to your treating physician and request him to clearly explain the scenario.
