What Do The Following Blood And Kidney Function Test Reports Indicate?

Question: I have recently had bloodwork done and my pcp says that my liver and kidney function has lowered. He also said that my cholestoral numbers have changed for the worse. The only thing that has changed is a new Dr. has lowered my Armour Thyroid med by quite a bit. Things that my pcp has never addressed. 1. I have constant dry mouth, I have dry eyes (eye surgeon has placed tear duct plugs) and are still dry. I almost always carry a yeast infection and have fybromyalgia, ra, and am almost always constipated. I have looked up the numbers online and don't understand them... is there other tests I should ask my pcp to look at doing?

Ok I took pictures of the lab reports.
Brief Answer:
Explained the lab findings as following...
Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,
Thank you for providing the requested lab reports.
I was reviewing them, and found that thyroid hormones and TSH are still at lower range. You are taking Armour and Singulair for that purpose.
Your GFR (glomular filtration rate) is reduced, meaning kidney function is reduced. We should find out why:
- urine analysis is needed further: I couldn't find any report for urine feme testing
- abdominal ultrasound
- further consultation with nephrologist
- as BUN and creatinine are within normal range, repeated GFR testing advised for 3 consecutive months; if found lower than 60, then, chronic kidney disease suspected and should ruled out
However, I found in your lab report that the GFR should be multiplied with 1.159 for African-American. Can you please mention your ethnicity to understand if we can follow this rule at your case?
Your cholesterol and triglycerides levels are slightly elevated. As you are having hypothyroid problems, that could explain these high numbers.
Your liver function numbers were all fine, nothing abnormal found.
Hope this helps.

I am a white female age 63.
Brief Answer:
Immediate consultation with nephrologist and urine analysis advised...
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Ok, then, should consult further with nephrologist to understand why your GFR is reduced. Chronic kidney disease is to rule out together with chronic urine infection.
I'd advise to make an immediate appointment, but first send your urine sample in the lab.
Wish fast recovery.
