What Do The Following Blood Test Reports Indicate?

Question: I had a blood test done recently after having benign fasciculations and an internal vibration. The WBC came back as 9.4; the neutrophils came back high as 7.5; lymphs 1.3; RBC as 4.29; my B12 and B6 were high. Should I be worried about the almost high WBC and the high neutrophil count? I was very stressed last week after having been to the neurologist etc, but wonder about these numbers. I am still having internal buzzing which I do think is BFS.
I should say I was having internal buzzing and muscle twitches. I am now assuming they are benign. They twitches have calmed down a little, the internal buzzing has not. Lyrica does seem to be helping a little. They thought it could be benign fasciculations. I had an emg which seemed normal minus one old nerve that she thought might be from the past. The nerve/muscle conduction were within normal limits. The preliminary result from my mri brain scan was normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
The total leukocyte count of 9600 per cubic millimeter and 7500 per cubic millimeter are within normal limits.
The lymphocyte count of 1300 per cubic millimeter is also normal.
There is nothing to worry.
RBC count is also within normal limits.
However, cause for elevated vitamin B 12 and vitamin B 6 needs to be investigated.
Thanks and take care

I am very concerned after reading about the elevated B levels. I am sending my report to you now. I believe after reading I have been suffering from B6 toxicity as my buzzing and twitches are all symptoms. The greater concern is what could cause this? What kind of testing should I be referred for? What additional information do you need to help guide me. I am very concerned this could be a liver problem after research or a cancer. All of my other blood labs came back last week in normal limits - regular blood panel work up.
I do not take any abnormal B supplementation. I only take a multivitamin. I just uploaded documents from my blood lab - please let me know that you received both pages. I am very concerned as the B6 is over twice the limit.

Brief Answer:
Consumption of multivitamin is likely cause of vitamin B 12 & B6 high level
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
The high levels of vitamin B 12 and vitamin B 6 are likely to be due to consumption of multivitamins.
Thus, I suggest you to discontinue your multivitamins and then take up vitamin B 12 and vitamin B 6 test again after a period of one month.
Thanks and take care
