What Do The Following Blood Test Reports Indicate?
I just received my blood work back from my doctor and have some questions about the results. I have been having spells of dizziness and left arm pain and seen numerous doctors, including a cardiologist and neurologist, ER doctors, etc. My blood work has come back normal numerous times, but this time a few of my numbers are out of range and I am concerned. I have had EKGs, blood work, CT angiogram, brain MRI. My doctor said everything is fine.
B/CRE – low – 24 (reference range 6-22)
MCHC – Low -31 (RR 32-36)
RDW – Low – 11.5 (RR 11.7-15)
What could this be?
Blood reports are almost normal.

Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern.
I agree with your doctor. Blood reports are almost normal. There are only mild deviations and it is acceptable. However, you may need clinical correlation.
Dizziness may be due to many causes like hypertension, internal ear problem, sinusitis, cervical spondylosis, etc. As you also have pain in left arm, it is important to evaluate cervical spine because nerve roots in upper limb exit from neck region.
You may need X-ray of cervical spine (AP/Lateral view). MRI cervical spine may be advised after evaluation.
