Brief Answer:
Hypothyroidism

Detailed Answer:
Hi, XXXXXXX
Thanks for posting the query,
I have gone through the attached reports,

TSH is 8.19

The cholesterol parameters are high, But that doesn't seems to be very high to cause any clinical symptoms. Maintenance of diet and change in lifestyle along with good regular exercise will bring them to normal levels.

For TSH you'll have to take the thyroid supplements. As your results suggests of hypothyroidism.

Take care.
