Thank you
You have chances to conceive, but need further evaluation...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your semen analysis and have noted as following:
- there is a normal count of spermatozoa (male cells)
- however, not all of them are morphologically normal. 64% have head defects.
So, to answer to your question: "is my sperm ok to conceive", I can respond you can but:
- it would take too long to conceive
- the probability of fetal defects are high due to head defects.
I advise to discuss with a gynecologist to evaluate your case further and to decide whether you might go for medications first, then, discuss over in-vitro fecundation.
To my opinion, there are great chances for you to go for in-vitro fertilization as during this process, the normal spermatozoa will be selected to fertilize the egg and not those with head defects.
Hope it was of help!
